Eligibility Criteria for Tea Board Factory Advisory Officer Recruitment 2026
Educational Qualification:
The candidate should have completed a Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics and Instrumentation, or Agriculture Engineering (four-year course) from a recognized University or Institution.
Desirable Qualification:
Two years’ experience in a tea or coffee factory as registered with the Tea Board or Coffee Board. licensed food processing or packaging industry.
Age Limit:
The candidate should be a maximum of 35 Years as on 15th January 2026. (relaxable for Govt. servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Govt. of India from time to time).

Salary Details:
Selected candidates will get Rs. 60,000/- (Consolidated) without making any additional allowances, viz. TA, DA, HRA, Medical, Pension, Gratuity, Seniority, Promotion, Transport, Residential Accommodation, CGHS, etc. Other facilities as entitled by the Central Govt. employees will also not be eligible.
Selection Process:
Selected candidates will be based on a Walk-In Interview.
