Eligibility Criteria for DHFWS Alipurduar Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification:
A. Terms of Reference for engagement of B. Sc. Nurses with the Integrated course of BPCCHN
Passed the Integrated course of BPCCHN included in B. Sc. Nursing in the year 2021 or thereafter from an institute recognised by the West Bengal Nursing Council
>The selected candidate will be posted as CHOs if she passes the Final year Examination conducted by a University recognised by the West Bengal Nursing Council.
>They must have a registration certificate/provisional certificate issued by the West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC).
>Proficiency in Bengali/local language & dialect.
B. Terms of Reference for engagement of General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) /Post Basic B.Sc/ B.Sc. Nursing before the year 2021 Nurses for undergoing CPCH Training:
> The candidate must have passed General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)/ Post Basic B.Sc/B.Sc. Nursing before the year 2021 from an institute recognised by the West Bengal Nursing Council.
>They must have a registration certificate/ provisional certificate issued by the West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC).
> Proficiency in Bengali/ local language & dialect.
> During their training period, they will get Rs. 10,000.00/ per month as a stipend.
> The candidates shall serve in Susasthya Kendra as CHO after successful completion
of training, for which they have to sign a bond agreement. In case they fail to serve the bond period, they will have to pay Rs. 2 lakhs
Age Limit:
The candidate’s maximum age should be 40 years as of 1st January 2025.

Selection Process:
The candidates will be selected based on a merit list, which will be compiled from the written test (85%) and the interview (15%). The posting will be given after counselling.

8. Original and self-attested photocopy of registration certificate/ provisional certificate issued by West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC).
9. Original and self-attested photocopy of AADHAAR Card/ VOTER ID Card/Any other address proof.
10. Original and self-attested photocopy of experience certificate, if any (Experience certificate must consist of Name of post, Employee name, Employer name, Date of joining, Date of leaving).
